Organs are magnificent instruments, but they're mighty complex and they need regular maintenance. A contract with an organ builder is essential and it should involve a minimum of one or two visits a year by a tuner. These visits will cover tuning and running repairs. Do not put off minor repairs – these quickly turn into major and expensive faults.
